Frozen copy of HMDB metabolite XML for reproducible analysis

This record contains a frozen copy of the Human Metabolome Database (HMDB) metabolite XML file used as an external reference resource in reproducible academic analysis pipelines. The file was redistributed. The purpose of this archive is to preserve the exact input file used by downstream scripts and prevent unintended changes caused by future database updates.
