Sulfatide deficiency-induced astrogliosis and myelin lipid dyshomeostasis are independent of Trem2-mediated microglial activation_Male cerebrum study

This study investigates the impact of central nervous system sulfatide (ST) deficiency on gene expression in the male mouse cerebrum tissues, both in the presence and absence of Trem2, using the NanoString Neuroinflammation panel. The measurement set contains 12 samples, composed of 4 genotypes (Cre-/Trem2 WT, Cre-/Trem2 KO, Cre+/Trem2 WT, and Cre+/Trem2 KO) in triplicates. Note that Cre- indicate mice with ST, Cre+ indicate mice of adult-onset ST-deficiency.
