Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) of Hong Kong Public Housing Flats - Interview 21PHHA6T

This package contains digital transcribed recordings (Cantonese to English) and interview reports from 45-minute semi-structured interviews with residents of a Hong Kong public high-rise. Each dataset is designated "Case". Data was conducted via digitally recorded semi-structured interviews, supplemented by observational notes, and then transcribed. These capture residents' spatial experiences, furniture arrangements, daily adaptations, and challenges in compact living. The qualitative data enables interpretation of super-tall, high-density housing conditions by revealing occupant behaviours, spatial preferences, and subjective interactions. Access is restricted for one year to anonymise personal information. The data is provided for future research examining housing behaviour in direct connection to spatial utilisation and user needs.
