收集金华市永济街停车区域停车数据，观察永济街泊位利用率、补缴占比、优惠力度等数据变化，帮助城市管理者了解各路段停车资源的供需情况，指导道路网络的设计以及公共交通的优化，从而科学调配停车资源，以减少交通拥堵，提升城市整体运行效率。1、数据采集：通过收集永济街停车区域停车数据，包含：日期、路段名称、停车次数、泊位总数、平均停车时长、泊位利用率、实时金额收缴率等字段；2、数据处理：对数据进行清洗、去除无效数据和极限数据等操作；3、算法加工：泊位利用率=停车次数/泊位总数；实时金额收缴率=停车实时金额合计/停车应收金额；补缴占比=补缴金额合计/（停车实时金额合计+补缴金额合计）；优惠力度=停车未收金额合计/（停车未收金额合计+停车实时金额合计+补缴金额合计）；4、数据应用：将泊位利用率、实时金额收缴率、补缴占比、优惠力度4个数据指标使用折线图绘制，观察绣景路停车区域关键指标变化趋势。
This dataset collects parking data from parking zones on Yongji Street, Jinhua City, to monitor changes in indicators such as berth utilization rate, supplementary payment ratio and discount intensity, so as to help urban managers understand the supply and demand of parking resources across road segments, guide road network design and public transportation optimization, scientifically allocate parking resources, reduce traffic congestion and improve overall urban operational efficiency. 1. Data Collection: The collected parking data from Yongji Street parking zones includes fields including date, road segment name, parking frequency, total number of berths, average parking duration, berth utilization rate and real-time payment collection rate. 2. Data Processing: Operations such as data cleaning, removal of invalid data and outlier data are conducted on the collected data. 3. Algorithm Processing: The following calculation formulas are adopted: - Berth Utilization Rate = Total Parking Frequency / Total Number of Berths - Real-time Payment Collection Rate = Total Real-time Parking Revenue / Total Due Parking Revenue - Supplementary Payment Ratio = Total Supplementary Payment Amount / (Total Real-time Parking Revenue + Total Supplementary Payment Amount) - Discount Intensity = Total Uncollected Parking Revenue / (Total Uncollected Parking Revenue + Total Real-time Parking Revenue + Total Supplementary Payment Amount) 4. Data Application: Four indicators including berth utilization rate, real-time payment collection rate, supplementary payment ratio and discount intensity are visualized via line charts to observe the change trends of key indicators in the parking zones on Xiujing Street.
