Settlement data of copyrights of fine art works and derivatives of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) works within a unit time period are collected via our proprietary settlement system, and traditional algorithms, polynomial regression and decision tree regression are combined to predict the popularity of the works. The algorithm model calculates the predicted sales volume of derivatives based on input data including product name, sub-product name, size and other relevant factors, to derive the final prediction results. Through this workflow, the model can comprehensively incorporate multiple input variables to predict the popularity of works of various styles and derivatives of different sizes across different regions, thereby providing guidance for artists' creation and derivative production. The input variables include product name, sub-product name, number of settled items, size and other relevant factors. ### Commodity Delivery Rate (CDR) CDR refers to the proportion of a single product category's settled items in the total number of settled product items. CDR can reflect the attractiveness and market popularity of the product. The formula is: $$CDR = frac{ ext{Number of settled items for a single product}}{ ext{Total number of settled product items}} imes 100\%$$ ### Sub-product Delivery Rate (SDR) SDR refers to the proportion of the number of settled items for a single sub-product among the total settled items of its parent product.
