Macquarie Island Image Control Identification

Macquarie Island Image Control is a document containing control listings and station summaries for Macquarie Island compiled by the AUSLIG (now Geoscience Australia) mapping program pre 1997 (the document states "..all image control established by AUSLIG since 1992"). The document was produced for the Australian Antarctic Division by a contractor and completed on the 11 January 1999. It includes coordinate lists and station summaries used for the mapping of Macquarie Island from SPOT imagery. Station summaries may include maps, field notes and photos (where they exist) to assist with station identification. Also included is a summary of the vertical and horizontal datums existing on the island.
