Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Construction permit for wind turbines in Seine-et-Marne

A building permit is required for all onshore wind turbines over 12 metres high (Article R.421-2 of the Urban Planning Code). The application for a building permit is filed in the town hall. A prior assessment of the environmental consequences (landscape, noise, etc.) must be carried out by the project leader prior to any installation of wind turbines. This environmental assessment must be included in the file in the form of an impact statement for wind turbines less than 50 metres or in the form of an impact assessment for wind turbines over 50 metres. The file also contains the geographical location of the wind turbines in the park.
