FASTQ file were downloaded from ENA ERP127339 and processed with kb-python v0.30.1 and prebuilt human index from pachterlab/kallisto-transcriptome-indices based on Ensembl 108. Gene count mode was used to quantification. Metadata is derived from supplementary data of the original paper. Changes in v2 Uploaded rounded counts matrix derived from salmon v1.10.0 and index from GENCODE human release 48.
