Tightening-up methane plume source rate estimation in EnMAP and PRISMA images

Synthetic dataset of methane plumes simulated at a 30 m resolution in EnMAP images. The dataset contains retrieved methane enhancement maps, the source rates used for the simulation and the corresponding wind speed.
