中国空间站望远镜(CSST)主巡天相机(SC)旨在利用七个波段的测光系统进行大面积测光巡天,将为银河系结构和恒星星族的研究提供海量的深度数据。为了支持 CSST 的研发和与其巡天数据相关的科学项目,CSST 银河系和近邻星系的星族研究联合团队使用TRILEGAL恒星星族合成工具生成了第一个适用于CSST SC测光系统的全面的银河系恒星模拟星表。该星表对约126亿颗不同结构的银河系恒星提供了包括恒星参数、测光、天体测量和速度的数据,星等极限在AB星等系统中达到g=27.5 等。该星表反映了我们对银河系恒星群体的最基础的理解,可以直接与CSST的真实巡天数据进行比较。
The China Space Station Telescope (CSST) Main Survey Camera (SC) intends to carry out large-area photometric surveys with a seven-band photometric system, and will provide massive deep data for research on the Milky Way structure and stellar populations. To support the R&D of CSST and scientific projects related to its survey data, the CSST Joint Team for Stellar Population Studies of the Milky Way and Nearby Galaxies employed the TRILEGAL stellar population synthesis tool to generate the first comprehensive Milky Way stellar mock catalog adapted to the CSST SC photometric system. This catalog provides data including stellar parameters, photometry, astrometry and velocities for approximately 12.6 billion Milky Way stars with diverse structural characteristics, with a magnitude limit reaching g=27.5 in the AB magnitude system. This catalog reflects the most fundamental understanding of the Milky Way stellar population, and can be directly compared with the actual survey data from CSST.
