Credentialling a c-MYC–driven genetic neuroblastoma model for pre-clinical studies

single cell nuclear RNAseq of transgenic murine neuroblastoma model driven by conditional c-MYC induction in dopamine ß-hydroxylase-expressing cells, Overall design: Th-Cre/CAG-MYC mice were scanned using ultrasound to detect tumors.Single cell Nuclei was isolated from Frozen tissue following protocol ST based method Slyper et al 2020,Nat.Medicine. The isolated nuclei was processed on 10X Genomics Chromium platform following the ScRNASeq v3 protocol.
