Analgesic effects of esketamine combined with sufentanil after burn surgery: A randomized controlled trial

Compared to sufentanil, the combination of esketamine and sufentanil in postoperative PCIA significantly reduced NRS pain scores. Patients receiving esketamine-sufentanil for PCIA required fewer rescue analgesic interventions and reported higher satisfaction. These results support the esketamine-sufentanil combination as a viable regimen for PCIA.
