To investigate the differences of transcriptional activities between oropharyngeal squamous cell caricnoma and small cell carcinoma, we performed a transcriptomic analysis using high throoughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). Total RNA extracted from non-cancerous tissue (Norrmal), squamous cell carcinoma (SqCC) and small cell carcinoma (SmCC) derived from a 53-years old female patient with oropharyngeal carcinoma were subjected to RNA-seq analysis. The sequencing libraries genetrated from RNA were analyzed by DNBSEQ-G400.
