The enrichment method was used to enrich soil samples from three regions in Guizhou, namely Hezhang, Liuzhi and Weining, to obtain 71 strains with degradation ability of carbon and nitrogen sources available to various types of standing microorganisms. The 16S rDNA identification results showed that the strain belonged to Bacillus subtilis, named GZUAS561008, which was isolated from the soil samples collected from Weining County, Guizhou Province.The 16S rDNA sequence of GZUAS561008 was determined as shown in SEQ ID No.1, and the results showed that the strain was highly homologous with (compared to the nearest sequenced strain). The strain was cultured and grown on LB medium for 2 days, and the colony morphology was white, roughly folded, with irregular edges.In another aspect, the present invention provides a microbial agent being a culture of the aforementioned Bacillus subtilis GZUAS561008 or said Bacillus subtilis to be reported. Said culture is prepared by a method comprising inoculating activated said Bacillus subtilis GZUAS561008 into a culture medium obtained.
