Transcriptome overlapping samples

Of the 78 patients from the proteome study, 71 patients had previously been analyzed for gene expression in the blood by RNAseq (Schughart et al., 2024). From these patients, we prepared blood samples for proteome studies and transcriptome analyses at the same time from the same patients. We selected the proteome and transcriptome data from these patient resulting in data files pp4_proteome_100625.txt for the proteome and tr2_transcriptome_100625.txt for the transcriptome.
