Genomic studies of Crimean rare and endemic Apiaceae species

The research in genomics of some endemic Apieaceae species of the Crimean flora has started in 2018 in Nikita Botanical Gardens - National Scientific Center of the RAS under the guidance of Prof. Dr.Sci. Irina Mitrofanova. The research is carried out within the framework of the State Assignment No. 0829-2019-0038 of the FSFIS "NBG-NSC", the main part of genomic investigation are carried out under the project of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation No. 075-15-2019-1670 at the Unique Scientific Installation "FITOBIOGEN" and the World-class Genomic Research Center "Kurchatov Genomic Center - NBG-NSC". The whole genome sequencing was conducted at the "Genomics" Core Facilities of the Institute of Cytology and Genetics, Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences.
