This series is a letter book, containing copies of outward unregistered correspondence, created by the Chairman of the Parliament Buildings Committee (sometimes also known as the Chairman of the Joint Committee on Parliament Buildings). Letter books were the means by which copies of correspondence despatched from the office were retained for future reference.The vast majority of correspondence in this series is addressed to the Commissioner of Public Works.(This series was previously registered with the series title: Presidents Correspondence as Chairman of Committee.)
