统计分析时间范围内燃气公司用户用气量、用气金额、当前阶梯单价，账户余额变更记录、期间充值金额、期间补气金额、期间退气金额、差值金额等。用于跟踪检测用户用气情况，可避免出现用气金额不平的现象,维护燃气用户合法权益。针对用气金额，燃气公司也可以清楚的了解用户习惯，有助于预测未来的用气需求，为天然气供应和运营提供依据。1.数据采集：采集抄表员针对用户上门进行抄表，通过设备上传用户表具读数。
2.数据处理：对采集到的数据进行清洗，排除抄表度数为0的或者为null的数据后按用户进行分类，作为最基本数据。
3.数据分析：对处理后的数据按用户进行分类，按算法公式进行统计，户名、户号、表号、客户地址、电话为业务系统实际用户信息，单价为用户年度累计用气量对应价格阶梯单价，用气量=本次抄表读数-上次抄表读数，用气金额=用气量*单价（用户当前所处阶梯价格）。期间充值金额为统计时间范围内，用户的充值记录金额总和。期间补气金额为统计范围内用户补气金额总和。期间退气金额为统计范围内用户退气金额总和，差额金额=上次账户余额-本次账户余额+期间充值余额-用气金额+期间补气金额-期间退气金额。

Statistically analyzes indicators including users' gas consumption, gas payment amount, current tiered unit price, account balance change records, total recharge amount during the period, total supplementary gas amount during the period, total gas refund amount during the period, and difference amount within a specified statistical time range. This dataset is designed to track and detect users' gas usage situations, avoid discrepancies in gas payment amounts, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of gas users. Additionally, gas companies can clearly grasp users' gas usage habits via this dataset, which contributes to forecasting future gas demand and providing support for natural gas supply and operation management.

1. Data Collection: Collect the meter readings of each user through on-site inspection conducted by meter readers, and upload the collected meter readings via dedicated equipment.
2. Data Processing: Clean the collected data, exclude records with meter reading values of 0 or null, then classify the cleaned data by user to generate the basic dataset.
3. Data Analysis: Classify the processed data by user and conduct statistical calculations via algorithmic formulas. The basic user information such as username, user ID, meter ID, customer address and contact phone number are sourced from the business system. The unit price refers to the tiered price corresponding to the user's cumulative annual gas consumption. The calculation formulas are as follows:
- Gas Consumption = Current Meter Reading - Previous Meter Reading
- Gas Payment Amount = Gas Consumption × Unit Price (the tiered price applicable to the user's current gas usage tier)
- Total Recharge Amount During the Period = Sum of all user's recharge records within the statistical time range
- Total Supplementary Gas Amount During the Period = Sum of all user's supplementary gas transaction amounts within the statistical time range
- Total Gas Refund Amount During the Period = Sum of all user's gas refund transaction amounts within the statistical time range
- Difference Amount = Previous Account Balance - Current Account Balance + Total Recharge Amount During the Period - Gas Payment Amount + Total Supplementary Gas Amount During the Period - Total Gas Refund Amount During the Period
