The goal is to assess the impact of different concentrations of pyrethroids (permethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin) on kdr-mediated resistance, metabolic resistance mechanisms, and transcript profiles in Aedes aegypti. Insects were exposed to lethal concentration 75 or 25 concentrations for two consecutive generations to evaluate changes in allele frequencies, enzymatic activity, and RNA-seq-derived gene expression
