Comprehensive Multi-Modal Dataset for Parkinson's Disease Prediction

This dataset integrates cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) mass spectrometry (CSF-MS) readings, clinical assessments (UPDRS scores), and gait analysis to provide a multi-modal evaluation of Parkinson’s disease progression.
