Administrative account of the departmental crèche of the Seine-Maritime Department, voted on 20 June 2019. It is an annex budget of the Department (as opposed to the main budget, see Glossary in metadata). The administrative account shows the revenue and expenditure actually recorded for the previous year’s budget year.
