Digital Archive from an Archaeological Watching Brief at Plot 1, 35 Ashwell Street, Ashwell, Hertfordshire, April 2022

This collection consists of site images, a report, and a CAD drawing from archaeological monitoring at 35 Ashwell Street, Ashwell, Hertfordshire. Works were conducted by Albion Archaeology in April 2022 ahead of groundworks associated with the construction of a new dwelling and associated infrastructure. The only features revealed comprise part of a modern quarry pit, which still survives as a depression in the landscape to the east of Plot 1, along with two ditches and two post holes that are undated.
