dbPTM

dbPTM is an integrated resource for protein post-translational modifications . Due to the importance of protein post-translational modifications in regulating biological processes, the dbPTM was developed as a comprehensive database by integrating experimentally verified PTMs from several databases and annotating the potential PTMs for all UniProtKB protein entries.

dbPTM是一款面向蛋白质翻译后修饰（post-translational modification, PTM）的整合资源库。鉴于蛋白质翻译后修饰在调控生物学过程中的重要意义，dbPTM被开发为综合数据库，整合了多个数据库中经实验验证的PTM数据，并为所有通用蛋白质知识库（UniProtKB）的蛋白质条目注释潜在的PTM。
