This dataset contains the non-redundant viral reference catalogue generated using the TwinsUK Viromics Profiling Pipeline. The catalogue was constructed by clustering high-quality viral contigs identified from shotgun metagenomic sequencing data and is intended for viral abundance profiling and downstream viromics analyses.
