Here we analyse H3K4me3 distribution in wild type yeast across an ageing timecourse. Histone (H3) and histone modification (H3K4me3) from Mother Enrichment project (MEP) cells aged for 0, 7.5, 24 or 48 hours in YPD. Similar to ChIP-seq data deposited in GSE107744, except no Drosophila spike-ins were included for these samples.
