The PLU designs the agglomeration of tomorrow by organising and defining the expected forms of its urban development. He expresses the Grand Poitiers territorial project through a political, strategic and territorial vision of the agglomeration. The PLU defines and regulates land use throughout the territory: building sectors, urban forms, natural areas, land reserved for the creation of public facilities etc. It is a legal document of general application that is binding on all (natural and legal persons) and to which we refer to requests for land use (planning certificates, building permits, prior declarations, planning permits, etc.).
