Load management before storage: code and data for sizing shared E2W charging stations under Vietnam's TOU tariffs

Simulation and optimisation code, input weather data and all result files for the article “Load management before storage: joint sizing of photovoltaics, battery and grid connection with implementable charging rules for shared electric two-wheeler stations under Vietnam’s time-of-use tariffs”. Three station archetypes (residential overnight, campus daytime, public short-stay) with 120 electric two-wheelers each are sized for PV, battery, grid connection and ports under uncontrolled, load-managed, deadline, urgency and timer-based charging rules with per-port or group control, using a 5-min annual simulation, differential-evolution optimisation and perfect-information LP bounds. The package includes hourly PVGIS-ERA5 data for Hung Yen (2018–2023), the scripts that produced every result, the result files in JSON and the figures. See README.md.
