Records of certificates of conformity issued

The Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Traffic Safety is responsible for monitoring and supervising the correctness of compliance certificates and issuing duplicates, duplicates and replacement certificates of conformity. The records shall contain information on the certificates of conformity issued and the approvals for registration of individual vehicles, the technical characteristics and condition of the vehicles and their manufacturer. It shall also contain information on the issuer of the certificates of conformity and the personal names of its responsible persons and contact persons and the signatories of the documents. Where a certificate of conformity is issued in an individual approval procedure or consent is given to registration in the procedures for identification and assessment of the technical condition of a vehicle, it shall also contain personal data on the applicant at the request of the individual. Information on the name of the manufacturer’s authorised representatives and vehicle brands is public and is published on the Agency’s website (List of manufacturers or authorised representatives for issuing certificates of conformity).
