资源简介:
Agamid lizards (agamids, also known as dragon lizards) belong to a species-rich squamate family found on all non-polar continents except the Americas. Draco maculatus, also known as the spotted flying dragon, belongs to the family Agamidae and is widely distributed across South and Southeast Asia. To better understand the flying feature of Draco, we present a high-quality chromosome-level genome with a genome size is 1.73Gb, with a scaffold N50 is 255.50 Mbp. To date, there are no published genome assemblies of a flying dragon, limiting limited our that underlie their unique adaptive trait of this genus.
