资源简介:
Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is one of the nutritional deficiency diseases with high incidence rate. IDA not only causes fatigue, but also can cause diseases such as heart failure and anemic heart disease. The drugs used to treat clinical IDA have side effects. Peptides are widely studied due to their various biological activities. Herein, the remission of iron deficiency anemia of tuna dark muscle peptides was elucidated by transcriptional expression of genes related to iron metabolism, oxidative stress and gut microbiota. The faecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) experiment confirmed that the occurrence and remission of iron deficiency anemia were partly mediated by gut microbiota. Thus, we identified a new and safe prebiotic material to alleviate IDA and provided ideas for the development of peptides. At the same time, it also provided a theoretical basis for fecal microbiota transplantation to alleviate IDA.
