Thisstudyexaminestheeffectivenessofmodernpedagogicalmethodsinteachinghammerthrowtechniquetouniversitystudentsbasedonbiomechanicalanalysis.Atotalof30studentsaged18–22participatedinthestudyandweredividedintocontrolandexperimentalgroups.Theexperimentalgroupwastrainedusinganimprovedmethodologyincorporatingstep-by-stepinstruction,videoanalysis,andindividualizedfeedback.Biomechanicalanalysiswasappliedtoevaluatemovementefficiencyandtechnicalaccuracy.Theresultsshowedasignificantimprovementintechniqueexecution(15–20%),throwingdistance(18–22%),andphysicalqualitiessuchasstrengthandcoordination.Thefindingswerestatisticallysignificant(p<0.05),confirmingtheeffectivenessofintegratingbiomechanicalprinciplesintoteachingmethodology
