To examine if gene expression level is altered in eSAS (human tongue squamous-cell carcinoma cell line) compared with that of parental SAS, we performed genome-wide DNA microarray analysis. For this purpose, we prepared total mRNAs from SAS and eSAS cells in their Log growth phase and compared their genome-wide expression levels. Overall design: Two arrays (Agilent Whole Human Genome Microarray 4x44K G4112F: 014850) were performed as one color experiments.
