IGH VDJ-RNA-sequencing of CD19+IgD-CD27+CD71+CD38+CD20- circulating plasma cells prior to vaccination (day 0) and seven (day 63) days after the third vaccination. Blood samples were taken from healthy volunteers taking part in a Phase 1b clinical trial. RNA was isolated from flow sorted CD19+IgD-CD27+CD71+CD38+CD20- circulating plasma cells and IGH VDJ-RNA-sequencing performed on cells from days 0 and 7 relative to vaccination
