singIST: an integrative method for comparative single-cell transcriptomics between disease models and humans

The data contained in this repository include the preprocessed Seurat objects obtained from the original publications for which distribution permission has been secured. These Seurat objects enable full reproducibility of the analyses. In addition, the repository provides the output objects from the singIST workflow for the Atopic Dermatitis (AD) and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) use cases: the optimal asmbPLS-DA fit object and the singIST recapitulations object.
