在用M1类型汽油车燃料采用火花塞放电点火燃烧,燃烧后产物发生高温离解倾向,特别是某些死区点不着火或在某些工况下断火,使汽油机排放物中含有一氧化碳(CO)。因此对车辆尾气一氧化碳含量进行检测,为汽油车尾气排放是否合格提供事实依据,为环保监管和车辆管理提供数据支持。1.数据采集:对在用M1型汽油车尾气一氧化碳含量进行检测。2.数据检测:稀释气体由排放尾气和环境空气混合而成,利用空气中氧气浓度值,分析仪测得尾气中CO浓度以及稀释气体中CO浓度,可得到进入流量计的排放尾气被空气稀释的比例;测量的结果经温度和压力修正,获得标准体积流,根据尾气的稀释比例,计算出排放尾气的实际流量。根据尾气成份浓度和尾气流量,可测出汽油车尾气中排放污染物含量。该数据和底盘测功机检测发动机实际输出功率相结合,实时分析车辆在负荷工况下排气污染物的排放质量。3.数据处理:CO=∑(浓度×密度×排气流量)/∑车辆当量行驶距离,其中浓度由排气分析仪测量得到,污染物的密度采用标态下的数值,主机系统进行计算和显示时,排气流量校正为标准状态下的流量。一氧化碳限值为8.0(g/km),超过该数值为不合格。4.数据应用:通过检测数据分析研判,可以判断汽油车尾气一氧化碳含量是否超标,为环保监管和车辆管理提供数据支持。
For M1-type gasoline vehicles adopting spark plug discharge ignition for fuel combustion, the combustion products tend to undergo high-temperature dissociation. Specifically, ignition failure in certain dead zones or misfiring under specific operating conditions results in the presence of carbon monoxide (CO) in the exhaust of gasoline engines. Therefore, detecting the carbon monoxide content in vehicle exhaust provides factual basis for verifying whether the exhaust emissions of gasoline vehicles meet the standards, and offers data support for environmental supervision and vehicle management.
1. Data Collection: Detect the carbon monoxide content in the exhaust of in-use M1-type gasoline vehicles.
2. Data Detection: The diluted gas is a mixture of exhaust emissions and ambient air. By utilizing the oxygen concentration in the ambient air, the analyzer measures the CO concentration in the exhaust and that in the diluted gas, thus obtaining the dilution ratio of the exhaust emissions entering the flow meter via ambient air. The measured results are corrected for temperature and pressure to acquire the standard volumetric flow rate. Based on the dilution ratio of the exhaust, the actual flow rate of the exhaust emissions is calculated. Combined with the exhaust component concentrations and the exhaust flow rate, the content of emitted pollutants in the gasoline vehicle exhaust can be measured. When this data is combined with the actual output power of the engine detected by the chassis dynamometer, real-time analysis of the emission mass of exhaust pollutants from the vehicle under load conditions can be conducted.
3. Data Processing: CO = ∑(concentration × density × exhaust flow rate) / ∑vehicle equivalent driving distance, where the concentration is measured by the exhaust analyzer, the pollutant density adopts the value under standard conditions, and when the host system performs calculations and displays, the exhaust flow rate is corrected to the flow rate under standard conditions. The carbon monoxide emission limit is 8.0 (g/km), and vehicles exceeding this value are considered unqualified.
4. Data Application: Through analysis and judgment of the detection data, it can be determined whether the carbon monoxide content in gasoline vehicle exhaust exceeds the standard, providing data support for environmental supervision and vehicle management.
