Gene transcription analysis of non-stressed Medicago truncatula ecotypes

Eight selected ecotypes from the Medcago truncatula HapMap population were grown in soil in an environmental controlled growth chamber until four-week old. Shoot samples were taken and used for RNA exaction and transcription analysis with RNAseq. Plants were fully watered and fertilized with 6mM nitrogen. No stress was applied. For teach ecotype, three biological replicates (three plants) were used in the experiment.
