Reproducibility Materials for Mapping Presepsin Research, 2011–2025: A Web of Science Bibliometric and Science-Mapping Study

License-safe reproducibility materials supporting the study “Mapping Presepsin Research, 2011–2025: A Web of Science Bibliometric and Science-Mapping Study.” The archive contains R and Python analysis scripts, the prespecified keyword-normalisation crosswalk, aggregate derived tables, selected vector figures, declared analysis parameters, software-session information, and quality-control outputs. Web of Science raw records and record-level licensed metadata are not redistributed because they were retrieved under institutional subscription. Full regeneration therefore requires lawful access to equivalent Web of Science full-record-and-cited-reference exports. The search was conducted on 16 July 2026. The analyses used a 395-record primary corpus and nested 496-record and 551-record sensitivity corpora. The original export contained 558 unique accession records; seven records carrying publication year 2026 were excluded from analyses restricted through 2025.
