Raw Data for iSperm Validation Study

This dataset contains raw and processed data from the validation study of iSperm, a portable microfluidic-based sperm analysis system for on-site boar semen evaluation. The dataset includes sperm concentration, motility, and progressive motility measurements obtained using iSperm, Hemocytometer, and CASA. Additionally, a user variability study was conducted to assess measurement consistency between trained and untrained users. This dataset supports the findings in the manuscript "A Mobile Sperm Analyzer with User-Friendly Microfluidic Chips for Rapid On-Farm Semen Evaluation" submitted to *Lab on a Chip*.
