[DISCONTINUED] EU international debits of current transfers

The product has been discontinued since: 20 Sep 2016. The balance of payments is a record of a country's international transactions with the rest of the world. It is composed of the current account and the capital and financial account. The current account is itself subdivided into goods, services, income, and current transfers; it registers the value of exports (credits) and imports (debits). The difference between these two values is the "balance". Data are for EU25 until 2003 and for EU27 as from 2004.
