Dark Side of Leader Other-oriented Perfectionism

This data shows the effect of leader other-oriented perfectionism on employee unethical behavior (cheating behavior and unethical pro-organizational behavior), with employee workplace anxiety mediating this relationship. Employees' coping self-efficacy moderates the relationship between other-oriented perfectionism and employees' workplace anxiety.
