The present disclosure relates to an are of soybean plant， which is resistant to one pathogen of viral origin， bacterial， fungal or oomycete， where the plant of soybean Has one reduced level， reduced activity or complete absence of the protein of DMR6 in comparison with one of soybean plant that is not resistant to the said pathogen， In particular bodies of Fungi or the blade Oomycota. The present disclosure further relates to are one method for obtaining one of soybean plant， which is resistant to one pathogen of viral origin， bacterial， fungal or oomycete， comprising that reducing the endogenous level or activity of the protein of the DMR6 in the plant of soybean. In addition， the present description are directed to the use of one DMR6 for providing the promoter of soybean plants resistant to diseases.
