Base Middle Keuper
收藏资源简介:
The Middle Keuper extends from the end of the middle trias to the Upper Triassic. It can only be found in the eastern part of the investigation area in edge sinks of salt structures. Further west, no germ sediments have been preserved due to the late Jurassic to Cretaceous erosion. The low altitude generally increases from north to south and reaches its maximum in the edges of the salt wall Linda/Liane. High altitudes are mainly located in the north of the study area. Along the salt structures, the base of the Middle Keuper is partly formed as an angle discordance, indicating, among other things, increased salt movements of the lying Zechstein salinar at this time. Deposits of the hanging upper keuper are not clearly differentiated from those of the Middle Keuper in the case study.
