Proteomics of cyanidin 3-O-galactoside to alleviate LPS-induced inflammatory response in mammary epithelial cells of dairy goats

An in vitro mastitis cell model was constructed by treating mammary epithelial cells of dairy goats with LPS and intervening with cyanidin 3-O-galactoside as a way, to elucidate and explore the key mechanisms involved in the process of inflammation alleviation by cyanidin 3-O-galactoside.
