Genome sequence and annotation of Aquilegia vulgaris

A high quality genome sequence of Aquilegia vulgaris is presented together with predicted polypeptide sequences and a functional annoation. The genome sequence was assembled based on ONT long reads using NextDenvo. GeMoMa was used for the annotation of protein encoding genes.

本研究提供了欧洲耧斗菜（Aquilegia vulgaris）的高质量基因组序列，并附带预测得到的多肽序列与功能注释信息。该基因组序列基于牛津纳米孔（ONT）长读长测序数据，使用NextDenvo软件完成组装。蛋白质编码基因的注释工作采用了GeMoMa软件。
