分别克隆棉铃虫的ABCC2和ABCC3基因的启动子，并构建双荧光素酶报告基因质粒，将该质粒和GATAe表达质粒共转至Sf9昆虫细胞系，通过荧光素酶活性分析探究各启动子的活性。
