This repository contains all data (pseudonymized and preprocessed) used to generate the results and graphs in the manuscript "Membrane potential states gate synaptic consolidation in human neocortical tissue". Furthermore, this repository contains the code (R scripts) used to analyze the data and generate the graphs in the manuscript.The ReadMe.txt file contains brief instructions on how to run the code in the R scripts files.
