Genomes of 8 fungal pathogens from the Magnaporthe oryzae species. Magnaporthe oryzae genomes

We sequenced 8 Magnaporthe oryzae genomes attacking different hosts: 5 pathogenic to Oryza sativa and representative of the worldwide fungal genetic diversity, the 3 others pathogenic to Triticum, Setaria and Eleusine. The genomes of 8 isolates were sequenced and assembled at the Genoscope (454 Life Sciences + Illumina; mixed assembly with Newbler 2.6). 1 strain from the sister species M. grisea, pathogenic to Digitaria was also sequenced (study : PRJEB7653).
