Modern LaTeX Editions of Public-Domain Mathematics Manuscripts: Clean Restoration Subset

This is the first content-bearing release after the v12 publisher-apparatus cleanup hold. It restores only two works that passed the available publication gates: clean top-level publisher-apparatus scan, clean nested artifact scan, automatic layout pass, and ZIP integrity check. Restored slugs passing top-level and nested publisher-apparatus gates: [##########] 2/2. Hard-held slugs still awaiting strip/replace cleanup: 27/31. Additional marker-clean but not restored slugs: 2, held for chapter-fragment/layout or Chelsea/copyright context. Earlier v11 files remain superseded and should not be treated as the current reusable corpus. Future content versions should add back rebuilt per-paper/per-work units only after publisher apparatus is stripped or replaced and after layout/audit checks pass.
