Whole body RNA-seq from developmental stages of Camponotus ants

RNA from Camponotus embryos, instar 1 larvae, instar 4 larvae, early pupae, late pupae (minor and major), adult workers, and males was sequenced to look for gene expression changes throughout development. RNA was extracted from the whole body of the ants and sequenced. The RNA-seq was performed for a study that reports PacBio-based reassembly for our two ant genomes. However, those versions of the assemblies are not in a database yet. The records will be updated with the proper links to the assembly records once available.
