We used ChIP-seq to examine the genome-wide binding of MLL1, CRM1, and NUP-fusions in human leukemia or mouse ES cell lines. Our analysis revealed that MLL1, CRM1, and NUP-fusions are preferentially co-localized on the genome. Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for the drug-treated human leukemia LOUCY cells or mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) expressing FLAG-NUP98-HOXA9 or its mutants (AG or N51S).
